Workspaces rentals
DAM offers shared workspaces.
3 options:
- 2 workstations with computers in an open-plan office, equipped with a 21.5″ iMac and Sennheiser HD 430i headphones.
Software available: MS Office Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
Availability: Maximum 3 hours per day
Optional extra: Can combine space rental with one hour of assistance, included with your membership.
- 2 workspaces for you to bring your own computer. Choose where you want to be: at a bar or standing desk or on a comfy sofa or armchair. Maximum 3 hours per person, per day.
- Conference room rental to accommodate 10-12 people

- 44″ TV screen
- VGA and HDMI adapters to connect a computer (PC or Mac)
- Teleconferencing system
- Whiteboard and markers
- Optional extra: Can purchase an urn of coffee for $5
High-speed Internet connection (wired and WiFi) included for all workspaces.
Printing prices: Black and white $0.10/page et Colour $0.50/page.
Coffee bar prices: Filter coffee $0.50; Espresso $1; Urn of coffee $5.

Booking
24-hour advance booking is required for all workspaces. To book a time slot, call Vanessa at (514) 280-3581 ext. 108.
Workstations can be rented for a maximum of 3 hours per day.

Space rental is available exclusively for our Deluxe and Premium members.

Conference room rental rates for organizations and for any fee-based activity are $25/hour, or $60/3 hours.
