Professional Artistic Mentorship
The Professional Artistic Mentorship program has been conceived by artists for artists to provide inspiring mentorship opportunities for professional artists of varied backgrounds (immigrants, visible minorities, Aboriginals). Mentors provide expert guidance and support that help mentees develop their careers in concrete ways.

Program goals
- Enable reciprocal transfer of knowledge between mentors and mentees.
- Promote cross-cultural and intergenerational exchanges
- Create artistic links
- Promote solidarity in a competitive field
- Facilitate professional integration of culturally diverse and Aboriginal artists in the art community, through a better understanding of the latter and an access to a broader network in their creative field
- Give the mentor the opportunity to engage with young artists and culturally diverse artists in general
